What type of card stock do you use?
We print our cards in bright matte white cardstock. Stickers are printed on glossy paper. Luggage tags are printed on matte cardstock and are laminated. Mommy & Me cards are printed on 100lb. recycled matte cover stock paper. Other custom projects can be printed on textured paper.

Do I have to use PayPal?
Yes. But you can checkout using the PayPal service WITHOUT a PayPal account. Some people already have a PayPal account, which makes checkout fast and easy. If you don’t have a PayPal account, and don’t want one, just look for the words “Don’t have a PayPal account?” on the page after you’ve entered your billing details. From here, you can pay with a Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover.

Can I see an online proof before you print my order?
Absolutely! We would never print without your approval..

Can I make changes?
Yes, you can make changes. However, keep in mind the time we have spent designing our products. Please be respectful of our time. If you want changes please be specific about the changes you’d like.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Our turn around time is stated as usually 3-5 BUSINESS Days which does NOT include holidays or weekends. This is the time it will take us to get your product in the mail - NOT how long it will take for you to receive it. Everything we send is sent via USPS First Class mail.
